We've traveled extensively around the world, yet we barely knew Mazury. We arrived here one summer day with our British family, who desired to discover the Land of the Great Lakes. It was a beautiful vacation filled with plans for the future within the Mazurian landscape. As we gazed upon the sunset over Lake Ryńskie, we fell in love at first sight. We concluded that there is no more beautiful piece of land within a short distance from our home.

So, we took on the challenge of renovating and adapting the crumbling ruin. The whole process consumed a lot of work, time, and stress. It was a series of immense sacrifices and relentless pursuit of achieving the set goal. For a few years, we divided our time between Masuria and Warsaw, spending many hours in the car. We took care of the interior design and furnishing ourselves. The rooms don't resemble hotel spaces. Each one is different, with a unique character. They are comfortable and decorated in a classic style.
In the village
The undeniable attraction of Siedlisko is its secluded location on an escarpment, at the end of the village of Rybical, far from the urban hustle and bustle, surrounded by Lake Ryńskie and a beautiful forest.
From our windows, there unfolds an amazing view of "Bird Island" – the largest breeding reserve for black-headed gulls in Poland. These noisy waterfowl arrive at the islet in mid-March to nest, safely raise their young, and depart in mid-August. The flocks of birds inhabiting the island are an unforgettable sight, which we can admire directly from our windows and terrace.

We take care of our Guests and strive to make them feel special with us. We are extremely pleased that most of our Guests return to us.

What do we do to consciously care for the environment and meet the contemporary challenges of sustainable development?
We use energy from renewable sources – photovoltaics and heat pumps. The water that flows in the taps comes from a specially selected filter, so there is no need to buy bottled water, we do not accumulate plastic. We do not change towels daily, only when you ask.

Pets
You can bring dogs and cats with you, but they must be gentle – we have a free-running, friendly Border Collie – Ralph, and cats. Your pets are welcome here.
Surroundings
- We are in the very heart of Masuria, on the Great Masurian Lakes Trail, from where you can set sail or motorboat.
- We have direct access to the lake, a swimming area, and two private piers, where you can dock a boat and spend active time during water sports.
- On our property, there is an outdoor sauna with a panoramic view of the lake, a small playground, a place for a bonfire, and a grill.
- The restaurant with a viewing terrace, from which you can watch spectacular sunsets, serves traditional regional dishes.
- Available for guests are kayaks, pedal boats, and a rowing boat.
